《保护白鹤法库国际宣言》全文如下——
。Faku International Declaration on Siberian Crane Conservation
考虑到白鹤的西亚和中亚种群几乎消失，白鹤作为极度濒危的物种被列入国际保护同盟的红色名单;
CONCERNED that the Siberian Crane has almost vanished from West and Central Asia and has been designated as Critically Endangered according to the IUCN Red List;
注意到东亚白鹤种群沿其迁徙通道从西伯利亚的苔原穿越中国东部去往中国南方的鄱阳湖途经5000公里;
NOTING that East Asia’s population of Siberian Cranes follows a 5,000-km long flyway from the tundra of Siberian across eastern China to its primary wintering grounds at Poyang Lake in southern China;
意识到沿其迁徙通道上，白鹤所依存休息和补充能量的湿地，同时也是人类生活的重要地区;
RECOGNIZING that along this flyway, the Siberian Crane depends upon wetlands for rest and food, places also important to human communities;
担忧开发活动，如排水、分流、和工程，正在威胁许多这些在白鹤生活周期中不可缺失的湿地;
CONCERNED that development activity such as drainage, water diversion, and construction now threaten many of these wetlands that are essential links in the annual cycle of the Siberian Crane;
公认白鹤形象出众，对许多国家文化意义非凡，它们是我们人类的共同的自然遗产;
RECOGNIZING that the Siberian Crane is among the most beautiful of birds, highly significant in many cultures, and thus part of the natural heritage for all humanity

BE IT KNOWN THAT FAKU COUNTY:
鉴于法库县的獾子洞湿地的在全球的重要地位，今天六国专家学者和各界人士聚集于法库国际白鹤节，承诺为鹤类和物种多样性在科研和保护方面共同努力;
HAS TODAY brought together specialists from six countries, all committed to research and conservation on behalf of cranes and other biodiversity, and organized an International Siberian Crane Festival due to the global importance of Huanzidong Wetland within Faku County;
欢迎所有的喜爱白鹤人进一步了解关注獾子洞湿地在保护这些鹤类和湿地方面的需求;
WELCOMES all who care about Siberian Cranes to learn from Huanzidong about needs of this magnificent crane species and its conservation;
承诺确保迁徙通道上白鹤和其他水鸟生活周期中不可缺失的关键停歇地——在法库的永久安全家园，;
COMMITS to ensuring that Siberian Cranes always find a safe home in Faku, as a key migration stopover and essential link in the annual migrations of Siberian Cranes and many other waterbirds;

CALLS upon all peoples to work together on behalf of wetlands with precious benefits to cranes, biodiversity, and human welfare; and
